Total walking this week was 21.88 miles in 5 days.
I purchased a new App to track my walking and running (if I decide to try that). It’s call iSmoothRun, it’s a lot like RunKeeper but has a few additional features and it still update the RunKeeper site. When I drop at least 5 more pounds I may start running some or at least run/walking. I would love to start ride my bike more too, last time my butt hurt for a week. Got to get use to that seat… I would like to have a bike rack on my big truck. Anybody know of one please leave a message.
