Diet Update Week 5

This week I scaled in at 215.6 Body Fat 32.2 (Monday 6-4-12)

Not much to write about this week, Sunday I walked an hour and a half for a total of 6 miles. Sunday evening I made some awesome turkey burgers.

Just keep moving and eating good. Drink lots of water and get plenty of sleep!
