My Fitness Pal is a great site/app for keeping track of your daily calories. It has a super web data base on all kinds of food and activities. The iPad and iPhone app has a bar code scanner to scan just about any food product, making it very easy to log your food. You can creat you own meals, my foods and recipes. You can track your actives, both cardiovascular and strength. Keep track of your water consumption. My Fitness Pal is also compatible with the FitBit fitness tracker which is a digital pedometer. When the FitBit connects to its site it automatically updates to the my fitness pal site. I’ll do a write on the FitBit too.
There is no way you can lose weight without keeping track of what you are eating and this is a truly awesome site.
